// Why We Collect

Generative art is not decoration in our portfolio — it's a thesis position. Art Blocks Curated projects represent the first art movement entirely native to crypto: minted onchain, provably scarce, with verifiable provenance from the moment of creation.

We've collected since 2020, focusing on algorithmically-generated works by artists who write code as their creative medium. Tyler Hobbs, Dmitri Cherniak, Snowfro — these are the Rauschenbergs and Stellas of the onchain era. We hold accordingly.

We also view these positions as relationship capital. The best generative artists are increasingly building platforms, protocols, and tools — and SWK wants to be the fund they call when they do.

SWK writes its first check at pre-seed or seed. We take board seats when useful and stay out of the way when not. Our edge is pattern recognition across GambleFi, tokenised products, and AI infrastructure — built from actually having shipped in these categories.

We run a lean portfolio of high-conviction bets. We don't spray. Our active fund deploys across no more than 15 high-conviction positions — VC checks and proprietary onchain trading strategies running side by side.
